Job Role: Area Sales Manager


We are seeking a results-driven Area Sales Manager to promote our pre-engineered building and structural steel products in assigned areas. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and a deep understanding of the PEB sector.


Key Responsibilities:



  • Generate project enquiries from various sources, including corporate houses, consulting firms, and public and private sector entities.
  • Raise quote request forms to the design and estimation department based on customer requirements or consultant drawings.
  • Prepare techno-commercial offers to submit to customers.
  • Negotiate with customers to finalize contracts.
  • Coordinate with customers and head office for successful and timely project execution.
  • Secure payment or letter of credits for jobs on time.
  • Prepare sales forecasts and report to immediate supervisors at regular intervals.
  • Conduct marketing promotion activities.
  • Manage customer relationships and provide excellent customer service.
  • Develop new markets within the country or region.
  • Coordinate with erectors and finalize with the CMD.

Requirements:



  • At least 7 years of working experience in sales in the PEB sector.
  • Civil Engineer or equivalent degree from a recognized university.
  • Technical knowledge in Civil, Mechanical Engineering, or Architecture.
  • Proficient in MS-Excel, PowerPoint, and AutoCAD.
  • Effective communication and people management skills.
  • Negotiation and influencing skills.

Work Environment:



  • Team size: 2 members.
  • Report line: General Sales Manager - Indian.
  • Workplace: Kirby SEA Head Office.
  • Working hours: 8.30AM - 5.30PM (Mon - Fri).
  • Basic benefits (Social Insurance, Bonus, Commissions, etc.).
  • Hiring process: At least 2 rounds (General Sales Manager, General Director) - Offline.
