Regional Sales Director

We are seeking a highly motivated and result-driven Regional Sales Director to lead our sales efforts in the pre-engineered building sector.
About the Role:This role will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to promote our products and services in the assigned region, ensuring maximum revenue growth and market share.
Key Responsibilities:- To identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and outreach
- To build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, including corporate executives, architects, and engineers
- To develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly/quarterly targets
- To provide technical support to customers, addressing their queries and concerns regarding our products and services
- To collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, design, and production, to ensure seamless execution of sales projects
- To analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to inform sales strategies and improve performance
- To manage sales forecasts, reporting, and analysis to optimize sales efficiency and effectiveness
- Must have at least 7 years of experience in sales, preferably in the pre-engineered building sector
- Holds a Civil Engineer or equivalent degree from a reputable university
- Has technical knowledge in civil, mechanical engineering, or architecture
- Proficient in MS-Excel, PowerPoint, and AutoCAD
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
The successful candidate will work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, interacting with various stakeholders, including customers, colleagues, and senior management.
The ideal candidate should possess excellent time management, organizational, and problem-solving skills to meet deadlines and exceed targets.
