Senior Sales Director for Metal and Metallurgy Products

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Sales Director to lead our sales team in Vietnam, focusing on metal and metallurgy products. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of driving sales growth, managing teams, and developing strategic marketing plans.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Leadership: Directly manage the sales team to meet targets, develop sales strategies, and drive revenue growth.
- Market Research: Conduct market research to understand industry trends, identify new opportunities, and gather data to inform business decisions.
- Team Management: Recruit, train, and develop the sales team to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.
- Customer Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs, and anticipating new marketing opportunities.
- Reporting and Analysis: Gather, investigate, and summarize market data and trends to draft reports, providing insights to inform business decisions.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 6 years of sales experience in B2B products, preferably in metal or metallurgy.
- At least 3 years of experience in a managerial role, with a proven track record of driving sales growth.
- Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills.
- Ability to understand and apply market intelligence to sales strategy.
- High level of financial and business acumen.
- Proficient in all Microsoft applications.
- Ability to read, understand, and analyze mechanical/technical drawings.
- Proven ability to communicate technical information to a wide audience.
- Ability to communicate proficiently in English.
Salary Range: $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience.
Location: Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.
