Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and result-driven Sales and Business Development Manager to join our team at People Profilers Vietnam. This role is responsible for generating project enquiries from various sources, raising quote request forms, and preparing techno-commercial offers to submit to customers.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a sales professional with a strong background in the Pre-Engineered Building (PEB) sector. As a Sales and Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for developing new markets within the country or region, coordinating with customer and head office for successful and timely execution of projects, and securing payment or letter of credits for jobs on time.

Key Responsibilities
  • Generate project enquiries from corporate houses, consulting firms, public and private sector entities, individuals, and non-government organizations
  • Raise quote request forms to design and estimation department based on customer requirements or consultants' drawings
  • Prepare techno-commercial offers to submit to customers
  • Negotiate with customers to finalize contracts
  • Coordinate with customer and head office for successful and timely execution of projects
  • Secure payment or letter of credits for jobs on time
  • Prepare sales forecasts and report to immediate supervisors at regular intervals
  • Conduct marketing promotion activities
  • Cultivate and maintain relationships with existing and potential customers
  • Develop new markets within the country or region
Requirements
  • At least 7 years of working experience in sales in the PEB sector
  • Civil Engineer or equivalent degree from a reputable university
  • Technical knowledge in civil, mechanical engineering, or architecture
  • Proficient in MS-Excel, PowerPoint, and AutoCAD
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • People management skills
  • Negotiation and influencing skills
