Job Title: Business Development Executive
About Us:
Dikshatek is a dynamic company seeking a skilled Business Development Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for cultivating new markets and clientele, working aggressively to make in-road penetrations to new company clientele, and maintaining and surging the performance of existing client base.
About the Role:
This is an exciting opportunity to work with a leading company in the field of financial services. As a Business Development Executive, you will play a critical role in promoting the company's products and services to new clients and expanding its participation and positioning in existing clients' operations and strategic plans.
Responsibilities:
- Cultivate new markets, new clientele, and new industries to promote the company's products and services.
- Work aggressively to make in-road penetrations to new company clientele against a targeted timeline.
- Maintain and surge the performance of existing client base by continuously upselling the company's products and services.
- Build excellent rapport relationships with clients within their organization to garner maximum sales results.
- Manage client relationships to ensure client satisfaction and attend to inquiries, complaints, issues, and projects efficiently and effectively.
- Collaborate with the team lead to identify upsell or cross-sell opportunities as needed.
- Target new sales, create new accounts, and exploit new business opportunities.
- Prepare all client presentations and proposals for business development projects or tenders.
- Submit accurate weekly sales reports and projections, sales activities plan, and additional reports requested periodically by managers, including sales strategy and updates.
Requirements:
- 4 years of experience in corporate sales or IT account management.
- Preferably a candidate with sales records from banking, fintech, insurance, IT, or project sales.
- Good verbal and written English communication skills and proficiency in MS Office applications.
- Solutions selling experience, preferably in telecommunications or mobile messaging, is an added advantage.
Estimated Salary Range:$80,000 - $120,000 per annum depending on location and experience.
