We're seeking a skilled Business Development Representative to join our team at Findicia. As a Partnership Growth Specialist, you'll be responsible for identifying and building relationships with potential partners to drive channel sales and expand our reach.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute partnership strategies to engage with potential partners and promote our trading platform.
- Conduct market research to identify potential partners and stay up-to-date on industry trends.
- Provide sales support to our partners, ensuring they have the resources they need to effectively promote our platform.
- Monitor and analyze partnership performance, adjusting strategies as needed to optimize results.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
- Experience in business development, sales, or partnership management, preferably in financial services or trading platforms.
- Strong understanding of FX sales and the brokerage landscape.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders.
- Ability to work discreetly and professionally in a sensitive market environment.
- Self-motivated and results-driven, with the ability to work independently.
