Global Business Development Manager

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of e-commerce dynamics, leadership capabilities, and adaptability to changing market conditions. Reporting directly to the CEO, this role plays a critical part in shaping our company's trajectory and securing its future success.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and Implement a Comprehensive Growth Strategy: Create and execute a commercial strategy that drives revenue and market share growth across multiple sales channels.
- Optimize Multi-Channel Sales Performance: Leverage data insights to optimize sales performance, balance immediate objectives with long-term growth, and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Foster New Business Opportunities and Partnerships: Establish relationships with key stakeholders to create new business opportunities and partnerships, driving growth and expansion.
- Lead Brand Management Initiatives: Oversee initiatives to maintain consistent messaging and drive the growth of private-label and global brands across online platforms.
- A minimum of 7-8 years of experience in a senior leadership role within e-commerce, marketplace sales, or digital marketing.
- Proven ability to lead teams and manage multiple sales channels effectively.
- Strong analytical skills with a history of making data-driven strategic decisions.
- Exceptional communication and leadership capabilities, including stakeholder management.
- Prior experience in beauty, fashion, or consumer goods industries.
- Familiarity with managing marketplace sales on Shopee, Lazada, and TikTok platforms.
