Job Title: Business Development

At Dikshatek, we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development professional to join our team. As a Business Development Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving sales growth and expanding our customer base in the software outsourcing and SaaS product markets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, building strong relationships with potential clients and partners.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand our customer base.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver comprehensive sales proposals and ensure seamless project delivery.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to drive sales strategies.
Requirements:
  • At least 2 years of experience in Business Development within software outsourcing & SaaS product.
  • Experience working in large domestic or multinational IT companies, focusing on system integration, B2B market, and foreign customers.
  • Familiarity with various industries such as HRM, Manufacturing, Banking, and Insurance.
  • Strong ability to generate leads and close deals, especially foreign customers in the Vietnamese market.
  • Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken.
  • Ability to understand client needs and collaborate effectively with internal teams to provide optimal solutions.
