Job Title: Business Development

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development professional to join our team at Dikshatek. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, identifying new business opportunities, and building strong relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business growth targets
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the software outsourcing and SaaS markets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, including existing and new accounts
  • Prepare and present sales proposals, negotiate contracts, and ensure client satisfaction
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver comprehensive proposals and ensure seamless project delivery
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to drive sales strategies
Requirements:
  • At least 2 years of experience in Business Development within software outsourcing and SaaS products
  • Experience working in large domestic or multinational IT companies, focusing on system integration, B2B market, and working directly with foreign customers
  • Familiarity with various industries such as HRM, Manufacturing, Banking, and Insurance
  • Strong ability to generate leads and close deals, especially foreign customers in the Vietnamese market
  • Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken
  • Ability to understand client needs and collaborate effectively with internal teams to provide optimal solutions
