Senior Business Development Executive

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Business Development Executive to join our team at Dikshatek. As a key member of our business development unit, you will play a crucial role in identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and driving company growth through strategic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify potential clients in the target market and conduct thorough research on their business needs.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients, understanding their recruitment needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Negotiate contract terms with clients and communicate terms to stakeholders.
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base.
  • Monitor market trends, identify new opportunities, and position the company competitively in the industry.
  • Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and budgets to the management team.
  • Implement effective sales strategies, tactics, and action plans to drive revenue growth.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in business development in headhunt companies.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field from a reputable university.
  • Proven track record of success in a sales role within the recruitment industry.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal skills, and a positive, proactive attitude.
  • Proficiency in CRM software.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.
