We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Senior Business Development Executive to drive company growth through strategic initiatives. As a key member of our business development unit, you will identify new business opportunities, build and maintain strong client relationships, and leverage your sales acumen to drive revenue growth.

Responsibilities:

• Identify potential clients in the target market and conduct thorough research on their business needs.

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their recruitment needs and providing tailored solutions.

• Negotiate contract terms with clients and communicate terms to stakeholders.

• Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base.

• Monitor market trends, identify new opportunities, and position the company competitively in the industry.

• Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and budgets to the management team.

• Implement effective sales strategies, tactics, and action plans to drive revenue growth.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in business development in headhunt companies

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field from a university of good repute.

• Proven track record of success in a sales role within the recruitment industry

• Strong communication, interpersonal skills, and a positive, proactive attitude.

• Proficiency in CRM software.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.
