About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales Manager to join our team at Dikshatek. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for generating, filtering, and pursuing client leads, including responding to inbound opportunities.

Your Key Responsibilities

  1. Build strong, trustworthy relationships with our clients to understand their needs and demonstrate the value of Saola.

  2. Partner with Product, Engineering, and Business Development teams to complete full project cycles.

  3. Participate in industry events and conferences to generate leads.

About You

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 3+ years of experience in software development/outsourcing B2B sales or crypto partnerships, closing and delivering successful projects from the ground up.

  • EXCELLENT verbal and written English communication skills.

  • A biased toward action while respecting team-oriented priorities.

  • No-ego, adaptable, entrepreneurial, detail-oriented.

  • Personable and able to manage expectations across many stakeholders and multiple on-going relationships.

  • A passion and deep understanding of web3 ecosystems and knowledge of the current L1/L2 landscape.

What We Offer

As a Sales Manager at Dikshatek, you can expect:

  • A competitive salary range of 30-40M + 2-3% commission.

  • A 2-month probation with 85% salary.

  • Free parking and access to building amenities such as a gym, swimming pool, rooftop, etc.

  • A hybrid work schedule with 3 days on-site.

  • Work location: Gold View, D4.

Interview Process

The interview process for this role will consist of 3 rounds, including 2 rounds with 2 Founders and 1 round on-site.
