Business Development Manager

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities, and deliver presentations demonstrating Cartrack products and solutions.
  • Exceed sales targets with a focus on generating new business and developing existing customers.
  • Conduct thorough needs analysis on client requirements with tailor-made pricing structures and deals.
  • Acquire new customers through cold calling, networking, and utilizing various social media platforms.
  • Prepare and submit monthly sales forecasts.
  • Utilize CRM to its full potential to report, measure, and control sales inputs and outcomes.
  • Manage a small team of Business Developers, driving performance and KPIs.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Minimum of 5+ years of experience in B2B sales, ideally with a strong network in Logistics & Supply Chain (FMCG, Healthcare - Medical Device, etc.) or the Automotive/Transportation (Bike-hailing, Delivery app, etc.) industry.
  • Proven ability to independently build and manage a sales pipeline, navigating through the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing.
  • Experience in managing a sales team is a plus.
  • Fluent English communication.
  • Willingness to work in field locations as required.
  • Possession of a valid driver's license is a plus.
