Job Title: Business Development Executive/Senior IT Segment

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Executive to join our team at Dikshatek. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and development in the IT segment.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute business strategies to drive sales growth and revenue expansion.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to capture them.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies.
  • Monitor and analyze sales metrics to inform business decisions and drive growth.
  • Develop and implement sales plans to achieve business objectives.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in sales, marketing, or a related field.
  • 4+ years of experience in sales or business development, with a proven track record of success.
  • 1+ year of experience in management and in the IT outsourcing field.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
  • Business acumen and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex business problems and develop effective solutions.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze sales data and develop insights to inform business decisions.
