Business Development Manager

Key Responsibilities:- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and social media platforms.
- Deliver compelling presentations that effectively demonstrate Cartrack's products and solutions to prospective clients.
- Consistently exceed sales targets by generating new business and expanding relationships with existing customers.
- Conduct comprehensive needs analyses to understand client requirements and provide tailored pricing structures and deals.
- Prepare and submit accurate monthly sales forecasts to support business planning.
- Utilize CRM tools to their full potential for reporting, measuring, and controlling sales inputs and outcomes.
- Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.
- Minimum of 2+ years of experience in B2B sales, ideally with a strong network in Logistics & Transportation (Bike-hailing, FMCG, Healthcare - Medical Device, etc.) or the Automotive industry.
- Proven ability to independently build and manage a sales pipeline, navigating through the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing.
- Proficient in conversational English communication.
- Willingness to work in field locations as required.
- Possession of a valid driver's license is a plus.
