Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Market Development: Define critical markets and new customers in the assigned sales territory, plan strategy, and develop key relationships to ensure a strong foundation for solution selling.
  • Customer Engagement: Maintain and promote relationships with customer contacts who may be determining design opportunities and deal with existing business challenges. Ensure customer satisfaction as it pertains to supply chain management and other value-added services.
  • Business Planning: Prepare comprehensive internal quarterly business reviews (iQBR), presenting strategic plans and implementation steps to grow sales, demand creation, and improve customer service.
  • Sales Enablement: Experience creating demand for Arrow products and services. Ability to work with engineers and designers to specify, select, and resolve electronic board designs with Arrow franchised suppliers.
  • Relationship Building: Establish and build relationships with key suppliers.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering.
  • Experience: Possess 2-4 years' experience in electronic component sales/marketing or business development.
  • Skills: Thorough understanding of distribution, strong understanding of both sales and business operations, knowledge of the market within Vietnam, analytical and problem-solving skills, financial, marketing, and profitability analysis, organizational and time management skills, excellent verbal and written communication and negotiations skills.
