Business Development Manager

Key Responsibilities:
As a Sales Manager at Dikshatek, you will be responsible for generating, filtering, and pursuing client leads, including responding to inbound opportunities. You will build trustworthy relationships with our clients to understand their needs and demonstrate how Saola can generate value for them.
Key Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in software development/outsourcing B2B sales or crypto partnerships, closing and delivering successful projects from the ground up
- EXCELLENT verbal and written English communication skills
- Biased toward action while respecting team-oriented priorities
- No-ego, adaptable, entrepreneurial, detail-oriented
- Personable and able to manage expectations across many stakeholders and multiple on-going relationships
- Plus, a passion and deep understanding of web3 ecosystems and knowledge of the current L1/L2 landscape
What We Offer:
- Salary range: 30-40M + 2-3% commission
- 2-month probation with 85% salary
- Free parking and access to building amenities such as gym, swimming pool, rooftop, etc.
- Hybrid work schedule with 3 days on-site
- Work location: Gold View, D4
