We are seeking a Business Development Specialist/Technical Sales to join our team at People Profilers Vietnam. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business development and sales, with a focus on industrial automation and robotics solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve set sales targets within our product range, including robots, robotics systems, and spare parts.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and key stakeholders in the factory automation industry.
  • Identify business opportunities and product applications, and provide technical and commercial proposals to support sales activities.
  • Work closely with our authorized partners/distributors and robotics team to provide technical consultation, service training, and seminars to customers.
  • Respond to customer queries/complaints in a timely and effective manner.

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of experience in business development or sales, preferably in the industrial automation or robotics industry.
  • Education background in Economics, Technical in Automation, Mechanical, or Electrical is preferred.
  • Experience in packaging, palletizing, or warehouse management, and B2B selling in F&B or FMCGs market is a plus.
  • Good networking connections and a strong understanding of the robot or automation market are essential.
  • Strong sales attitude and intermediate-level English language skills are required.
