Global Sales Strategist

Mekong Capital is seeking an experienced Sales Director to lead our sales team and drive revenue growth.
About the Role:
The Sales Director will be responsible for developing and implementing a sales strategy that aligns with the company's overall business objectives. This includes leading a team of sales professionals, identifying new business opportunities, and building strong relationships with clients.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Strategic Planning & Execution (20%): Develop and implement a sales strategy that focuses on providing solutions rather than just selling products. Identify target markets, potential customers, and tailored approaches for each customer segment.
2. Operational Activities & Projects (60%): Conduct market and competitive analysis to develop superior approaches and solutions. Ensure revenue targets are met by guiding the sales team to achieve or exceed quarterly and annual revenue goals. Establish long-term customer relationships by building deep connections with key clients and delivering customized solutions.
3. Building Culture & Team Development (15%): Participate in company projects focused on cultural transformation and employee engagement. Develop activities to promote core values and corporate culture within the Business unit. Establish job objectives for direct reports to align with departmental goals and company objectives.
Requirements:
We are looking for a candidate with a Bachelor's degree or higher in Economics, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Minimum 7-10 years of experience in sales, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership role. Prefer candidates with experience in Consultative Selling and solution-based sales.
Skills:
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Strategic thinking and ability to analyze and evaluate market trends and competitors. Deep understanding of technical solutions and ability to consult on appropriate solutions that meet customer needs. Proficiency in CRM tools and sales management software.
Compensation:
We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $120,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications. Additional benefits include health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
