**Responsibilities**:
- Based on the development stage of e-commerce business, can reasonably formulate the rules and thresholds of various activities and gameplay, and obtain business results while taking into account business quality
- Based on specific campaign scenario and gameplay, build and constantly improve the activity gameplay effect measurement index system
- Established the campaign effect review system, precipitated and iterated effective campaign strategies, promoted GMV growth, monitored and improved campaign ROI and budget efficiency
- Cooperated with cluster heads/ cluster strategists and the inter-departmental team within the company, integrated resources, and maintained a good long-term cooperative relationship.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor degree or above, 3 years or more working experience in e-commerce activities or strategic operations, plus experience in strategy/business analysis/data analysis
- Keen user product cognition, familiar with domestic and foreign content e-commerce products, familiar with short video and Live stream
- Strong logical thinking and structured thinking, with strong project driving force
- Excellent communication and resource integration skills: good communication skills, strong sense of initiative, good at cross-departmental collaboration, strong empathy
- Good at communication and coordination of cross functional teams.
- Proficient in English and Vietnamese language. English can be used as a working language, overseas experience is preferred.
- Skilled use of analytical tools, including excel and SQL, BI tools (Tableau, PowerBI, Guan Yuan, etc.) practical experience is preferred.
