About the Role

The Chief Enrollment Strategist will drive enrollment growth, manage the prospective student experience, and elevate brand visibility to enhance the institution's reputation locally and globally. Key responsibilities include collaborating with senior leaders, leading the development and implementation of strategic plans for admissions and marketing, overseeing the admissions process, building and maintaining strong relationships with prospective families, developing data-driven marketing campaigns, conducting and analyzing market research, and ensuring compliance with local regulatory standards.

Requirements

Must-Have Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Marketing, Business, or a related field
  • A minimum of 10 years of experience in admissions, marketing, or a related field, with 5+ years in a leadership role
  • Proven experience in managing successful admissions and marketing campaigns in an international educational setting

$120,000 - $180,000 per annum
