Sales Leader, Japan Global Practice Group

**Responsibilities**:

- Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule.
- Develop business plan in Vietnam in an annual/mid-term plan following the JGPG global target and strategic plan.
- Develop his/her own network within Japanese society in Vietnam and Cambodia,and make efforts to expand it for business.
- Keep close communication with our teams in Vietnam managing, supporting, or collaborating with our diversified members with respects.
- Collaborate with our Japanese staffs at JGPG in Asia Pacific and global for sales, technical and other related matters as well as supporting our Japan office who are
approaching/maintaining headquarters.
- Coordinate sales effort as passionate or self-started approach with team members and other teams in/outside the country making pipelines.
- Provide risk management and insurance advices and solutions to Japanese companies in Vietnam and Cambodia as required by identifying demands, presenting, promoting, and selling products/solutions/services.
- Communicate with both Japanese and English and maintain professional relationship with all parties both internally and externally.
- Develop and maintain close relationship with Japanese insurers in a professional way.
- Prepare documentation in Japanese and English to facilitate discussion with internal specialists within WTW.
- Maintain and update sales materials for visiting prospects in both Japanese and English.
- Ensure all business is fully compliant with internal procedures and prevailing local authority and other local regulations where generate business/arrange placements.
- Support claim handling process with our claim team communicating with clients, insurers,
loss adjusters and any other parties as necessary.
- To update line manager on all matters relating to JGPG in a professional and timely manner.
- Regular transparent reporting with pipeline and status of existing clients in a timely manner.
- Organise seminars/webinars inviting Japanese companies in the region at least once a year.
- Assist / undertake any other duties as may be required.

**Job Requirements (Skills, Qualifications)**:

- Japanese business speaking and writing
- Fluent business Japanese and English
- Self-started and aggressive character to achieve goals and highly motivated and
passionate to protect clients in sales
- Well-communicated person as a team worker and good skills to work with others in this
diversified environment
- Corporate Insurance industry background and experience
- Preferred:

- Mandatory Required Qualification as a broker in Vietnam (to be taken once joined)
- Broker experience
