**Main Responsibilities**:

- Provide exceptional legal support to the supervising lawyers, focusing on corporate matters, mergers and acquisitions transactions;
- Assist with drafting and reviewing legal documents, including transaction agreements, closing documents, and due diligence materials;
- Conduct legal research on a variety of corporate, regulatory and transactional matters;
- Manage and organize electronic and hard copy files in relation to the matters in question;
- Prepare presentations and other client deliverables;
- Coordinate deadlines and ensure all tasks are completed efficiently and accurately;
- Maintain strict confidentiality of all client information;
- Assist with the closing process, including document preparation and coordination; and
- Perform other duties as assigned by the supervising lawyers.

- Partners;
- Special Counsels;
- Associates; and
- Other members in the M&A practice group.

**Key Skills and Experience Required**
- Bachelor of laws, preferably from Vietnamese law universities;
- Strong understanding of corporate and M&A legal principles, including Law on Enterprises, Law on Investment, Commercial Law,
Civil Code, etc;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a high degree of accuracy;
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and legal document management software;
- Superior organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment;
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy;
- Strong client service orientation - a "client first" culture;
- A keenness to learn;
- Good resilience under pressure.
