Strategic Sales Director

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Strategic Sales Director to join our team at People Profilers Vietnam. In this role, you will be responsible for building and implementing sales strategies that drive business growth and revenue.
Key Responsibilities:- Sales Strategy Development: Analyze market trends and customer needs to develop effective sales plans and strategies.
- Customer Relationship Management: Establish and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, identify new business opportunities, and expand customer base.
- Talent Development: Support the recruitment process of sales staff, develop training programs, and evaluate employee performance.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field.
- Experience: 1-2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Language: Fluency in Chinese is required.
- Skillset: Strong analytical, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Estimated Salary: VND 120,000,000 - 150,000,000 per annum
