The Sales Director will oversee sales operations, lead domestic and international sales teams, cultivate new business opportunities, and uphold exemplary customer service standards. This role is located in the Hanoi Capital Region and entails managing sales activities in both Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City offices.
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Market Expansion**: Develop and implement sales strategies to penetrate and expand in oversea and domestic.
- **International Trading**: Understanding and analysis of Shanghai Futures Exchange (SHFE) / London Metal Exchange (LME)
- **Client Relationship Management**: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing
- **Sales Target Achievement**: Set and achieve sales targets, contributing to the overall growth and profitability of the organisation
- **Market Intelligence**: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify opportunities and threats.
- **Communication**: Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams, ensuring clarity in project requirements and expectations. Excellent proficiency in English is

required
- **Reporting**: Provide regular reports to the executive team on sales performance, market trends, and other relevant metrics

**Requirements**:

- Experience in the industrial metal materials sector as level management.
- Demonstrated proficiency in Sales, Business Development, International Trading
- Professional fluency in English.
- Proven track record in sales operations and team leadership.
- Effective communication and negotiation abilities.
- Strong leadership and decision-making skills.
- Expertise in time management and strategic planning.
- Comprehensive understanding of the industrial metal materials market.
- Adaptability in handling sales order complexities and addressing customer service
