We are looking for **Director of Sales - Melia Ba Vi Mountain Retreat** (based in Hanoi)

**Mission**:
Lead and implement effective sales strategies to increase occupancy, revenue, and profitability. This role involves enhancing our online presence, working closely with the marketing/revenue team, and building strong relationships with high-end clients and partners. The Director of Sales will position the retreat as a luxury destination, ensuring we meet and exceed our sales goals while delivering outstanding guest experiences.

**Main responsibilities**:
1. Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue goals.
2. Lead, manage, and inspire the sales team to meet and exceed targets.
3. Identify and develop new business opportunities and partnerships.
4. Utilize eCommerce strategies to enhance online presence and increase direct bookings.
5. Collaborate closely with the marketing team to design and execute effective sales campaigns.
6. Analyze sales data and market trends to make informed business decisions.
7. Maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
8. Oversee sales activities and ensure alignment with overall business objectives.

**Main requirements**:

- Proven experience in a senior sales management role within the luxury resort.
- Fluent English & Vietnamese (speaking & writing)
- Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze data and trends to drive strategic decisions.
- Quick adaptability to market shifts, enabling prompt decision-making.
- Results-oriented with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in a high-end market/Mice.
- Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or a related field (preferred).
- Understanding of eCommerce and marketing strategies is preferred.
