About the Job

We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Business Development Manager to join our international team in Vietnam. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for maintaining and expanding our existing business, supporting dealers and producers of interior and exterior doors in your country.

Your Responsibilities

  • Maintain and expand existing business relationships with dealers and producers of interior and exterior doors.
  • Conduct market analyses and research to gain insights into market needs and trends.
  • Develop business plans and local sales strategies to increase market share, supported by our marketing team.
  • Provide technical product support and training to further expand our range with existing customers.
  • Supervise major projects and actively participate in international tender dossiers.

Your Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent and an affinity for technology.
  • Fluency in English in written and spoken.
  • Experience in sales and project business, preferably in a related context, ideally towards medium and large industrial door manufacturers.
  • Capable of working independently and goal-oriented.
  • Responsible and being result-oriented are second nature to you.
