**Key responsibilities**:

- Manage registration, documentation, and record-keeping processes related to the Fund Management Certificate granted by the State Securities Committee
- Be in charge of logistic works for corporate events/ activities (e.g. AGM, company trip, internal and corporate events,...) including: facility selection, menu planning, transportation arrangements, preparing and distributing invitation, agendas, contract/ vendor negotiation and liaison,.... upon request of Office Manager
- Handle printing corporate stationery (letterhead, envelope, name cards,...) to ensure sufficient and cost-effective
- Explore and propose service providers including office maintenance, doors access control system, office cleaning,... for the review of Office Manager
- Input travel data into ESS for cost control of related HoDs and for checking monthly debit notes provided by travel agencies
- Be responsible for logistic matters related to business travels for staff including air ticket and hotel bookings, visa, travel insurance,... in according with the Business Travel Policy;
- Arrange working visa/ work permit, entry visa, resident permits for expat employees and foreign visitors as and when needed;
- Prepare monthly bills of travel expenses (air tickets, visa, hotel bookings,...), printing service, for the review and approval of Head of HR and Admin

**Skills and qualifications required**:

- Education: College degree or higher
- At least 3-year experience in the similar position with multinational working environment
- Good customer oriented, and skillful in MS Office (MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook)
- Good communication abilities in both Vietnamese and English and detail oriented
- Good negotiation skill is an advantage
- Ability to work under high pressure, strong teamwork skills, and effective multitasking capabilities
