HR & Admin Executive

**Responsibilities**:
- Day-to-day office administration and assist to ensure efficiency and compliance to company policies.
- Maintain office facilities, securities and equipment.
- Work with various vendors (e.g. repair, supplier) to engage their services
- Attend to guests as and when required
- Support HR team in HR related activities, e.g. payroll, statutory obligations, attendance and punctuality etc.
- Minutes taking for all Committee meetings.
- Document Management.
- Assist Customer Service team in documentation as and when assigned
- Undertake task/project assigned to achieve Organisational objectives
- Plan, organize and execute office events, projects, operation & activities planning, initiatives to promote employee’s engagements, positive office cultures, celebrations, townhall, CPR/Fire evacuation training and etc.
- Manage & responsible for office accounts which include purchasing whole office supplies within budget, payment/invoice request/ensuring payment is made on time.
- Maintain office supplies inventory, stock tracking, placing orders as necessary and ensuring optimal stocks level.
- Manage office facilities and liaise with vendors for repairs and maintenance to ensure whole office are in tip top condition and business looking like at all times.
**Job Requirements**:
- At least 2yrs HR & admin experience.
- Familiar with labour law, statutory requirements including work passes
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Assertive, responsible and dependable
