**Responsibilities**
1. Admin service provided timely in willing manner:
- Responsible for office service supply including stationeries, office equipment & its maintenance (transportation, portage, phone, fax, printing machine; tables, chairs, etc ), electricity, drinking water, internet, etc.;
- Book accommodation & flights for employee’s business trips.
- Manage and coordinate company cars
- Implement admin provision according to approved request form;
- Counting & Confirming items receipt: Witnessing, counting and confirming on system items/servies purchased by other departments;
- Annually prepare safety training for outsourced car drivers;
- Supervise Tea Lady to manage well organize office’s view & layout.
- Prepare visa, work permit for Expats.
2. Consumption management of office supplies:
- Check the invoice received and prepare payment request form for electricity, water, & internet and other related office expenses;
- Provide data for Admin Expense reports;
- Make payment correctly and timely.
3. HR Admin Support:
- Onboarding & Induction: prepare all related administrative tasks for new comers to support their welcoming and on boarding program at HCM Office.
- Training & Development and Engagement: Support in prepare training & engagement logistics;
- Other tasks are assigned by line manager.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor/College Degree
- Have 1 years' experience as an Office Admin or HR Officer.
- Good English communication, MS Offices.
