- Office & Facility Management:
- Oversee daily administrative tasks to maintain a well-organized and efficient office environment.
- Manage office supplies, and equipment, and ensure proper maintenance.
- Supervise building operations and coordinate with management for optimal functioning.
- Handle facility upkeep and liaise with vendors for repairs and services.
- Ensure a safe and comfortable workspace.
- Documentation:
- Maintain and manage accurate records, databases, and filing systems with a keen attention to detail.
- Safeguard confidentiality and security of sensitive information.
- Arrange travel plans and accommodations for staff members as required.
- Ensure compliance with travel policies and guidelines.
- Coordination, communication, and engagement activities:
- Work closely with internal stakeholders and other HR sub-functions in rolling out initiatives to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention of employees
- Coordinate and organize team engagement events (outdoor activities; teambuilding; happy hour; etc.).
- Human Resource Support:
- Support recruitment by coordinating interviews and onboarding processes.
- Manage employee records and assist with HR-related tasks.

**Yêu cầu công việc**:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, or any related field.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in HR Admin roles.
- Proficient in communicating and writing in English.
- Outgoing, creative, and extroverted personality with a flair for organizing activities and events.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a proactive approach.
- Proficiency in office software (e.g., MS Office suite, Canva,..).
- Familiarity with relevant administrative and human resources regulations is a plus.
