**What You Will Bring to the Team**
We are looking for an HR-Admin Intern to perform various administrative tasks and support our HR-Admin department's daily activities.
HR-Admin Intern responsibilities include updating our employee records, filing, and handling other administrative tasks on a day-to-day basis, assisting in organizing and coordinating our HR-Admin policies and procedures. Suppose you're interested in kickstarting your career in HR-Admin and getting a closer look at how our company approaches workplace, employee events, and activities. In that case, we'd like to meet you.
**Responsibilities**
- Update our internal databases with new employee information, including contact details and employment forms
- Gather payroll data like leaves, parking, bank accounts, etc.
- Support onboarding and offboarding process
- Prepare HR-Admin-related reports as needed (like reports to the government, reports to the building, safety reports, etc.)
- Address queries about facilities (stationery, medicine, meals, groceries, office hygiene, renovation, etc.)
- Work well with the finance and IT teams for the financial clearance and security database update
- Supervise the tea lady for office hygiene and other supports
- Execute the catering services and work with vendors for various workplace qualities and requirements
- Support the immigration processes (like hotel booking, visa, resident card, work permit, ticket, etc.)
- Participate in organizing company events and career days
- Other tasks as assigned.
- This is a full-time job with a temporary contract.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or last-year student who is waiting for the certificate.
