In this position, your internship experience will involve supporting us across various Human Resources functions.
Recruitment:
- Support in expanding talent pool and keep connection.
- Perform data entry into relevant system, documentation for job request, job description, resume,...
- Assist in recruitment activities (Office Tour, Career Fair,...)
- Support in building up company's branding via social channels, internal/ external activities,...
HR Administration:
- Maintain and update all personnel information: new employee information, employment details, timesheet, annual leaves,...
- Assist with new hire pre-employment and onboarding
- Manage and collect invoice, payment process or relevant accounting tasks
- Keep HR’s information system and policies updated
Office Support:
- Ensure the hygiene of the office and provide general logistics
- Organize internal company events and employee engagement activities.

**Yêu cầu công việc**:
- College/ Bachelor graduated with relevant background
- Good experiences or knowledges in all functions and responsibilities of Human Resource
- Have knowledge of labor laws, tax, expat procedure is an advantage
- Ability to use well MS Office, especially in Excel
- Knowledge in branding and employee engagement activities is an big advantage
- Good English skills (be able to communicate, read, write and understand specifications in English). French is a big plus.
