**The roles that you’ll be responsible for**:
**_ Recruitment Task takes 70%:_**

At ITviec, Internal HR is not only a recruiting job, but also a salesperson, marketers, a psychologist, a strategist.
- Search CVs fit with company’s requirement.
- Check reference.
- Welcome new members to join ITviec and support them during probation.

**_ Other HR admin tasks and internal & external branding tasks ( No worries, you will be trained) take 30%:_**

Not just hiring, as a business partner, you will be in charge of some admin tasks and branding activities.
- Do the labor contracts for all employees.
- Be in charge of social insurance for all employees such as:

- Register social insurance, insurance claim, close insurance books
- Do a monthly insurance report and make sure all payments to the Social Insurance department are correct.
- Do all the labor reports to the Government.
- Assisting the Internal Communication to plan and organize company activities monthly: birthday, anniversary, company birthday, special company events, team outing activities and so on.
- Provide and execute ideas on external employer branding.
- Other HR internal tasks assigned.

Your skills and experience:_**
- Prefer female, 23-26 years old
- 1~3 year experience as Internal Recruiter (mass recruitment) or Headhunter
- Fluent English conversation skill (speaking and listening)
