POSITION DESCRIPTION

We are looking for a Human Resources Executive to join our HR local team to support for execution of various HR initiatives in respective function to drive and support people agenda. Human Resources Executive contributes to overall HR agenda in daily operations from functional business insight and functional needs.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support activities such as recruitment onboarding, off boarding, exit management of employees (60%)
- Process payroll and related reporting.
- Provide support for cyclical Group HR programs such as the annual performance appraisal, headcount planning and other programs as needed.
- Advice and communicate with the local staff with regards to company policy,

**Yêu cầu công việc**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or any qualification
- Minimum 2 years working experience at similar roles in HR General at MNCs,
- Strong stakeholder management and task management skill
- Proven knowledge of Labor Law
- Advanced interpersonal skills and strong ability to build a relationship, trust, and influence
- Strong stakeholder management, problem solving, analytical and multitasking skills
- Fluent English in both verbal and written
