- Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
- Support the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing orientation materials and coordinating orientation sessions.
- Help maintain employee records and ensure that all HR-related documentation is accurately filed and up-to-date.
- Assist with the planning and execution of employee engagement activities and events.
- Provide support in the administration of HR policies and procedures.
- Conduct research on HR best practices and contribute to the development of HR projects and initiatives.
- Respond to employee inquiries and provide basic information regarding HR policies and procedures.
- Perform other administrative tasks and support duties as needed.

- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Strong interest in pursuing a career in Human Resources.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Detail-oriented and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
