We are looking for an experienced and dedicated F&B and retail HR Supervisor to join our team. As the HR Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources management within our company, including recruitment, employee relations, compensations & benefits, performance management, compliance with labor laws and regulations. You will play a key role in creating and maintaining a positive and productive work environment for our employees.

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1. HR

Recruitment
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and retain top talent for various positions
- Develop and implement comprehensive onboarding programs to ensure new employees have a smooth transition into their roles and are equipped with the necessary knowledge and skills.

Legal and compliance
- Provide guidance and support to Managers and employees on HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations, including but not limited to salary, working hour laws, health and safety regulations.
- Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in HR management, and make recommendations for continuous improvement of HR policies and procedures within the company
- Be responsible for legal issues related to company operations

Payroll and performance evaluation
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personnel files, performance and rewards records, and training records.
- Attendance & leaves management, end-to-end handling of payroll process
- Develop and implement the performance management process, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and improvement plans.

2. Admin
- Maintain and play stationery order, organize and distribute employee uniform
- Manage and maintain company equipment and assets (including rented equipment)
- Manage the company's annual admin costs including costs of stationery, uniforms, telephone, office rental, warehouse, vehicles, machinery, equipment,....
- Document for expats: Visa, Work Permit, Temporary Residence Card...
- Organize a year-end party, quarterly birthday party, team building activities,...

Other tasks
- Active involvement in various employee retention and devising rewards & recognition schemes and attrition analyses across the organization
- Build up the corporate plans for a variety of HR matters such as training and recruitment plan, salary budget, company culture, team building,...

Requirements and Qualifications

‒ Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field

‒ Minimum of 3 years of experience in human resources management, preferably in the restaurant or hospitality industry

‒ Strong knowledge of local labor laws and regulations

‒ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with employees and managers

‒ Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with the utmost discretion and professionalism

‒ Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills

‒ Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
