- ** Identify and source potential partners that complement the company’s offerings and target markets.**:

- ** Lead the process of evaluating, negotiating, and finalizing partnership agreements.**:

- ** Partnership Management and Growth**:

- ** Manage existing partnerships to ensure they deliver on their promised value.**:

- ** Develop and maintain strong relationships with key partner contacts.**:

- ** Oversee the implementation and execution of partnership programs.**:

- ** Identify and implement strategies to expand existing partnerships and generate new revenue streams.**:

- ** Performance Tracking & Reporting**:

- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the success and impact of partnership activities.
- Track and analyze partnership performance against KPIs, providing regular updates and reports to senior leadership.
- Use insights and data-driven analysis to drive continuous improvement and optimization of partnership strategies.

**What You Should Have To Maximize Your Contribution**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
- Experienced of **5 years** in similar roles in the technology domain.
- Proven track record of building and managing successful partnerships and driving business growth.
- Strong understanding of IT services, solutions, and technology trends.
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to translate market insights and trends into actionable strategies.
- Excellent in English communication, business management or technology background with consulting skills as preferable.
- Having consulting skills is a plus.
