**OBJECTIVES**:
As a Partnership Lead/Manager, your primary responsibility is to **build and implement vendor/partnership strategy** in order to:
- Increase capability of PMAX to provide total performance marketing solutions to clients
- Optimize the profitability for PMAX
- Contribute to the growth of PMAX
**JOB DESCRIPTION**:
**Partnership**:
- Support to establish a systematic process for partner outreach and relationship management.
- Build and develop commercial and strategic relationships with our key targeted partners in order to enhance PMAX capability and profitability.
- Work with other internal teams to ensure that Alliance and Partnership goals are synchronized with organizational goals.
- Negotiate and finalize deals with partners and alliances that benefit the company
- Work in liaison with the sales, marketing team and Front Office teams (Media, Strategy, Creative, Ecommerce) to understand current market trends and build relationships accordingly.
- Strategize newer ways to grow current partnerships.
- Buid, implement and follow up the JBP plan with each partner from performance (volume), product development/adoption, co-marketing activities,
**Purchasing**:
- Work with Front Office teams (Media, Strategy, Creative, Ecommerce) and Finance & Accounting team to plan and manage budget, purchasing orders and cash flow.
- Manage vendor relations and negotiate contracts, prices, timelines, etc in order to optimize for profitability.
- Manage daily operations such as: purchasing activities, supervising staff, maintaining the supplier database, purchase records, and related documentation.
- Build/ work to improve purchasing systems and processes.
- Train employees in the purchasing process and how to use the vendor system.
**Trading**:
- Develop and implement trading strategies including: package the product, build the pipeline, drive performance
- Work closely with other teams to maintain daily operation from onboarding, monitoring to closing.

Must have
- Experience as a partnership/purchasing at lead/manager or in a similar position.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, both Vietnamese and English
- Strong critical thinking, problem solving and negotiation skills.
- Proven ability towards constructive networking.
- You have experience working with senior stakeholders to find win-win solutions.

- Experienced in Marketing field, especially agencies side
- Supervisory and management experience.
- Strong planning and organizational skills.
