Purpose of the Role:
Responsible for winning the trust and preference of customers on one of the selected Category Pillars in regional areas. Responsible to coordinate all the elements of the Offer in cooperation with all relevant stakeholders in order to achieve the Equity, Market share and sustainable financial objectives set at regional level.

**Responsibilities**:
Captures the market trends, evolutions of the eco-system and analyses customers’ requirements and feedbacks to optimize the content of the pillar offer.
Co-develops and coordinates with all respective stakeholders and experts on the Go-to-Market, lining up with the context and strategic ambitions of the different countries:
Product plan offer
- in coordination with Product Marketing, Supply Chain and general management.
- Participates to the definition of Product ambitions and multi-years plans.
- Consolidates the requirements from countries and arbitrates the priorities
- Participates in the setting up of the NPRs (objective of the product, volumes, profitability, perimeter) and co-validates them.
- Be the project owner of all the new product launches and ensures their success (USP, timing, cost, etc)
- Get involved in the USP of the products, their impact and their consistency with the overall Talking Points of the pillar.
- Be the referent for new product opportunities and innovations
- Work alongside with Product marketing team for the structuration of the offer / different ranges and participates to its simplification with supply chain and sales
- Assist the Product Marketing, supply chain and sales team for the Phase-In / Phase -out of the products
- Supports the countries in the positioning and communication of local offers.

Services - in coordination with Sales, Marketing Intelligence
- Understanding the market data and research to support the preparation of market penetration plan to develop the business.
- Track the effectiveness of market data provided and impact to the development of the business unit.

Pricing - in coordination with Pricing Manager, Finance and Sales:

- Gathers all relevant information about the positioning of corporate’s offers versus competitors (“vertical pricing”) and checks their consistency with regional ambitions
- Steers the profitability of the products versus the initial target and financial objectives.

Communication - in coordination with Marketing Communication, sales and countries
- Conduct study and analysis of potential OEMs partnerships
- Fosters the benchmark of Trade-Marketing and Promotional actions done in countries
- Relays key topics about the pillar to Internal Communication team and ensures its dissemination within the company

Planning and steering - in coordination with Finance, Supply Chain department and CMO
- Participates in the Demand Review with input on the forecast proposed for the pillar - and follows-up the corrective action plan with sales when needed.
- Participates to the monthly Business reviews between HQ and countries
- Supports the business implementation roadmap following the key milestones per country

**Job Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, BA or related fields
- At least 5 years of work experience in similar role is preferred, preferable in Lubricant field.
- Proven track-record of delivering (insert) and achieving business goals and objectives.
- Fluent in English both verbal and written.
