Head of Local Market Sales

**JOB DESCRIPTION**
We are currently seeking a high performance leader to join our Global Markets Sales as Head of Local Markets Sales Vietnam.
As the Head of Local Markets Sales Vietnam you will be responsible for developing, leading and expanding the bank’s markets products to both financial institution and corporate clients with the following responsibilities:
**Responsibilities**:
- Develop short and long term business strategies to achieve revenue growth target
- Responsible for business performance of financial institutions and corporate clients domiciled in Vietnam
- Partner with relevant internal teams within the firm to expand new clients
- Develop the team, lead strong team and provide coaching for team members
- Create and ensure strong governance, compliance, risk and control culture
- Provide input and leadership to the Local Management Committee
- Develop and manage relationship with regulators, industry association/groups and professional bodies.
**Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills**
- 10 plus years of relevant experience
- Strong communication skill, business-building capabilities and problem-solving skills.
- Understand relevant local regulations of foreign exchange and derivatives products
- Ability to drive the performance and lead the local team
