**ShareCV’s Client is an International Logistics Company**
- Develops a business plan and sales strategy for the market that ensures attainment of company sales targets and profitability
- Responsible for the performance and development of team
- Maintains healthy receivables & monitor level of bad debts for sales team
- Prepares action plans by individuals as well as by team for effective search of sales leads and prospects
- Make sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the Company management.
- Maintains contact with all clients in the market to ensure high levels of client satisfaction
- Adheres to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes and ensures that they are communicated and implemented within the team
- Conducts one-on-one reviews with all Sales Executives to build more effective communications, to understand training and development needs, and to provide insight for the improvement of Sales Executive’s sales and activity performance
- Ensures that all Sales Executives meet or exceed all activity standards for prospecting calls, appointments, presentations, proposals and closes
- Achieve individual sales targets KPI by the company management
- Demonstrates ability to interact and cooperate with all company employees

**Skills**:
- More than 10 years of sales experience, 5 years in a sales management capacity in an air freight forwarding environment.
- Industry recognized professional with established key contacts.
- Highly self-motivated and assertive.
- Work efficiently under pressure.
- Fluent in English or Chinese.
- With Degree / Diploma in Business Administration or Sales & Marketing
- Computer skills, familiarity with Microsoft office, outlook, etc.
**Attitudes**:
- Highly self-motivated and assertive.
- Work efficiently under pressure.
