**What you will do**:

- Own all plans and strategies for developing business and achieving the company’s sales goals;
- Establish sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas, projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing and new products;
- Maintain sales volume, product mix and selling price by keeping current with supply and demand, changing trends, economic indicators and competitors;
- Direct the Account/ Sales teams in generating proposals that define a clear path to client satisfaction and revenue growth;
- Provide input on sales incentive structure and key performance indicators to help monitor targets;
- Promote positive relationships with key clients to understand and support their needs, in order to close deal;
- Identify and solve client issues strategically to maintain loyalty;
- Influence senior stakeholders within clients' organizations and premier buyers in the industry;
- Identify opportunities to up-see and cross-sell;
- Prepare and present reports on KPIs.

**What you will need**:

- At least 10-year work experience in a relevant role such as Account, Business Development, ect, with 5+ years at management level;
- Experience in leading Advertising or Technology Products or Media companies is a plus;
- Proven people management and leadership skills;
- Excellent communication skills to inspire senior/ C-level stakeholders, team members and represent the brand;
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills; ability to use hard data and metrics to back up assumptions, recommendations, and drive actions;
- Solid problem solving, issue-resolution, ability to work under high-pressure, attention to details, and ability to multitask;
- Up to speed with current sales & marketing techniques and best practices;
- Professional English for Business.
