**HEAD OF RETAIL SALES - GT & MT (FMCG)**

Reports to: General Manager

Department: Retail Sales

Location: HCMC

**OVERALL RESPONSIBILITY**
- Plan and manage for goals, strategic, deployment and execution assigned plan together with team to achieved division and company goals.
- Provides leadership responsibility within the sales team to ensure organizational objectives are met for identified strategics and plans
- Design and implement a strategic sales plan that expands customer base and ensure its strong presence.
- Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status
- Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team.
- Manage & strengthen the business partnership with Clients.
- Develop GT Distribution system by opening distributors in provinces following expansion roadmap
- Manage sales team (ASM, Sales Sup, Sales executive) to ensure monthly and quarterly sell in and sell out to achieve sales revenue target
- In charge of Development of MT channel by exploring new customers to follow expansion roadmap
- Responsible for product placement, branding at outlets, product inventory at customer warehouse to prevent out of stock situation
- Manage Trade Marketing team and work with Supply Chain, production and external (Customer, 3rd party) stakeholders to ensure timely execution of agreed Customer/Channel/Shopper related activities;
- Lead promotional activities, organizing events and product exhibitions.

**REQUIREMENT**

**1. Diploma - Experience**
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business administration, or equivalent
- At least 5 years of experience in sales, GT & MT channel (FMCG).

**2. Skills**
- Proficient in English (French knowledge is a plus).
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Power point).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills (outgoing personality);
- Creativity, commercial awareness;
- Ability to prioritize and organize workloads independently when required;
- Team player;
- Ability to problem solve and ‘make things happen’;
- Passionate, creative, and sensitive in the latest trends in FMCG industry.
- Hardworking, presentable with good mass presentation and communication skill.
- Good initiative with positive attitude, and able to travel frequently under short notice.
- Ready to be involved in decision-making with strong leadership skills.
- Aggressive, determined and self-motivated.
