a. NEW CONTENT Development: Analyze trends and metrics in partnership to develop
solutions and programs.
b. EXISTING CONTENT Development
+ Update existing ‘teachable’ lectures with approved changes.
+ Include ‘level one’ evaluation (knowledge transfer).
+ Get feedback from users for both NEW and EXISTING content improvements.
+ Suggest improvements.
2. Collaborate with department leaders to identify talent needs and develop effective
recruitment.
3. Employees Partnership:
- Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention.
- Consult Heads & Line Managers in proposing Training Needs for their Team and departments which can address the capability area of improvement in order to grow the organization to deliver world-class service objectives.
- To ensure most of the training needs of your partnered functions are delivered in the Company’s Training plan.
- Follow up in post-training evaluation and development to decide on core people movement decisions.
- Take care of the full employee cycle from the onboarding to the exit process.
4. Participate in solving complex employee relations issues.
5. Run the ‘helpdesk’ and report back on issues identified monthly.
6. Support day-to-day HR operations to execute employee lifecycle processes, seek continuous improvement in effectiveness and efficiencies.
7. Other assigned tasks from the line Manager.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree.
- One year's experience in developing instructional material for adults. (business-related instruction).
- Or having two years experience of handling training programs for adults and can show a well-developed set of ‘facilitator tools’ (evidence of interactive learning experience)
- Communication skills to handle interactions with senior managers and professional staff
- Business English level & Computer skills
- Familiar with working on online training websites.
