**RESPONSIBILITIES**
**Recruitment**
- Be responsible for coordinating with HoDs to build up manpower plan/alignment, preparing succession plan, talent management in company.
- Building up, summarizing and data analysis labor expense/budget annually.
- Be the business strategic team in building employee relations employee relations with management/employees.
- Analysis, role of management for employee performance appraisal system in year.
- Cooperate with Training Development team in managing and organizing internal activities in terms of enhancing employee engagement.
- Announcing the recruitment information in public if any (preparing Recruitment Ads to post on Savills Website, LinkedIn / Recruiting Websites; Internal Announcement or Newspapers).
- Administer new hire procedures, including collecting all legal personal documents and certificates or reference checks.
- Welcoming and introducing the newcomers, helping to conform to the company’s culture.
- Assists the Human Resource Director, where appropriate, in the development and preparation of the Savills’s Strategic Plan, Recruitment Plan and Employee Branding.
- Controlling the headcounts, checking, and ensuring the personnel requirement are in headcount budget. All cases outside the budget must be approved by BOD before recruiting.
- Submitting a suitable channel would be used to fill each vacancy to save cost.
- Planning and submitting the yearly/quarterly budget for approval from HR Director and BOD.
**General Support**
- Implement fully and timely HR procedures and flows, include but not limited to processes relating to Probation assessment, Labor Contract milestones, Leave monitoring, Immigration for expats-employees (work permit, visa, resident cards); support in accident and health insurance, position descriptions updates; on-boarding for new employees; allowance delivery.
- Industrial Relationship, Employee Relationship, Internal Communication:
- Act as a channel for two-way communication. Maintain good employee relations.
- Make recommendations on HR matters for legal, procedural, and documentary compliance and fair employee treatments.
- Conduct exit interviews of resigning staffs, identify reasons for staff turnover, highlight issues to line management and recommend program/ HR solutions.
- Counsel employees on discipline actions; disputes; illness or disability; and performance problems.
- Other tasks or responsibilities as assigned by HR Manage
**REQUIREMENTS**
**_ Education_**
- Bachelors in human resources management, Business Administration, or related education background.
- Interview skills.
- Labor law;
**_Communication skills_**
**_PC skills_**
- The ability to work with IT resources such as databases and spreadsheets, for the collection and management of information
**_Experience_**
- At least 1 years’ experience in the same position or recruiting.
- Experiences in mass recruitment is an advantage.
**_Language_**
- Proficient English (both speaking and writing)
