Job Purpose:
As a Talent Acquisition Executive focused on Information Technology hiring (80%) such as Front End/Back End Developer, Quality Tester (Automation/Manual), UI/UX, Product Owner/Business Analyst.

You will play a critical role in attracting and selecting top talent for our organization. You will collaborate closely with hiring managers and HR Business Partners (HRBPs) to understand hiring needs and execute recruitment strategies that align with our business goals. Your efforts will directly impact our success by ensuring we have the right people in the right roles.

Key Responsibilities:

- Recruitment Strategy Execution: Work closely with hiring managers and HRBPs to align on hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies for assigned functions.
- Job Advertising: Manage job postings on the company’s careers page, social media, job boards, and internal platforms to ensure maximum visibility and reach.
- Onboarding Support: Act as a consultant to new hires, guiding them through the onboarding process and ensuring a smooth transition into the organization.
- Employer Branding: Collaborate with the Employer Branding team to support activities that enhance our employer brand and attract top talent.

Job Requirements:

- Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, English, Psychology, Sociology, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 - 5 years of experience in recruitment, preferably with prior recruitment experience for IT / Software industry.

Skills and Competencies:

- Excellent communication and interviewing skills.
- Proficiency in database management and record-keeping.
- Computer literacy, especially in MS Excel, MS Word, and MS PowerPoint.
- Fluency in English and Vietnamese, both written and verbal.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
