Lead and manage the development and planning of the growth marketing strategy for Money Transfer (P2P and IBFT)
- Monitor daily operation marketing activities and guide other junior teammates to ensure qualified deliverables
- Evaluate market conditions on a regular basis to identify emerging trends, to provide learning to support the continuous optimization of incentives and campaigns
- Identify and/or review potential co-partnerships that are partner fit to business objective and negotiate for mutually beneficial term
- Own the relationship with Business Owner and other marketing functions team (design, media, branding, BI ) to execute the overarching growth strategy
- Manage budget allocation between promo cost and media mix that best suits business objectives
- Perform data monitoring and analysis daily/ weekly and provide recommendations based on consumer insights

**Yêu cầu**:

- At least 4 years of relevant marketing experience with a successful track record in planning integrated marketing strategies and executing campaigns
- Bachelor degree from a reputable university, preferably in Marketing, Economics, or Business Administration.
- Customer obsessed. The ability to take on complex product challenges and find elegant, simplifying solutions to avoid making them our users and partner’s problems.
- Self-motivated, willing to take on and overcome ambiguous challenges.
- Finger-tipsiness with data. Know how to leverage this data to make decisions without getting stuck in analysis paralysis.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills. Ability to create partnerships with function team.
- Thrives in a startup environment: loves dealing with fast pace, changing needs, and limited resources.
- Experience working in Tech firms (fintech / e-wallet, e-commerce, ride-hailing, etc.) or financial institutions (banking, asset management, consumer finance, etc.)
