**1. Senior Growth Marketing Supervision**:

- Develop overall marketing strategy as well as action plans to build up and meet KPI of merchants growth & retention, transactions & volume for assigned Merchant Cluster (Retail & FnB Merchants).
- Supervise the always-on process of planning & execution of promotional campaigns, engagement activities (gamification/loyalty/activation ) and other necessary measures to increase new user acquisition & retention; push transactions/volumes & increase ZaloPay brand awareness at Merchants’ sides.
- Work with S&P team to support BD to maintain close relationship and lead the collaboration with merchants/partners to develop co-promotion campaigns, co-branding activities & other win-win marketing solutions.
- Coordinate efforts across internal & external teams to finalize media communication/branding plans for traffic and merchants awareness.
- Mange and optimize marketing campaigns, monitor performance metrics, and report on the effectiveness of the schemes.
- Keep a watchful eye on Product-related aspects (eg: Invisibility, UI/UX, Bugs ); Join the Product Team in giving suggestions on UI/UX improvements and new promotion features to enhance user/ merchant experience;
- And other tasks assigned by the line manager.

**2. Team Building & Leadership**:

- Delegate, manage, advise, supervise and monitor Marketing Team on their day-to-day tasks.
- Provide and clearly communicate team vision; Be a good role model, build trust, build culture & inspire team members to deliver team goals.
- Provide frequent training, coaching and mentoring for team members of different levels to sharpen team capacity; as well as counsel them on their career development.
- Build/scale up team size when necessary

**Yêu cầu**:

- Education: Bachelor’s or Master Degree from a reputable University, preferably in Marketing, Economics, or Business Administration
- Experience: From 5-8 years of experience in Trade & Promotion-Campaign Planning & Management; General Marketing or Product Marketing in E-commerce/E-wallet or other Internet/Tech Companies (a must) and in Retail/FnB industry (strong plus); of which at least 2 years are spent with strong record in team leadership role (Team size of more than 5 members)
- Business skillsets required: Market Research, Data Analytics & Insight Driving, Strategy & Planning, Financial Budget Management, Trade Marketing/Promotion-Campaign Management, Branding and Communication, Creativity.
- Soft-skills: Logical Thinking, Communication, Presentation, Problem Solving, Project Management, Relationship Building; Team Management & Leadership; Excellent People Skills to work well with different stakeholders & team members of different levels.
