As a Product Owner for Growth Core at ZaloPay, you will be responsible for driving the development and enhancement of our Growth Enablement Core Platform, ensuring it meets the evolving needs of our client/ business products that serve for MKT solutions, CRMYou will work closely with cross-functional teams, specially with engineering, SA, operations, complianceto define and prioritize core services’ functions to provide for all needle delivery products alike micro-services/ sharable services/ SaaS-lite. Your main scope will be included but not limited to:

- Collaborate with domain Product Manager and other related PO/ Senior PO to gather requirements, analysis it adapt both business outcome and product architecture.
- Create and maintain US, acceptance criteria and other relevant documentation to ensure clear communication and smoothly requirement delivery
- Use insight from user/ customer/ partner to drive product recommendations and set realistic goals for each single project
- Prioritize work plan based on size of business value, suitability to product/ technical architect, reachable roadmap and feasibility/ efforts.

**Yêu cầu**:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including ability to negotiate effectively with stakeholders
- Proficient in analyzing data to derive insights and make informed decisions
- Comprehensive understanding of cross-domain integration and system interactions. Knowledge, experiences and/or understanding about M/L and recommendation data models is a plus
- Proficient with analyzing user behavior through research, observation and data analysis
- Strong analytical, logical thinking, problem solving and writing skills
